Rates
All the prices published in our website are final and they include city taxes, fees utility and expenses.
Brilliant BA administrative fees are us$ 35, and they are paid at the moment of the Check- In, independently of the length of your stay.

Reservation Payment
In order to book the property a 20% deposit of the total rent is required through Western Union. The payment is expected in US Dollars, us$ 10 will be add if the payment is sent in any other currency. Please do not make a payment before contacting Brilliant BA to verify that the property is available.

Rental Agreement Payment
At the day of your arrival, an agent from Brilliant BA will meet you at the apartment to sign the rental contract agreement and to receive the remaining balance IN CASH (we do not accept checks, traveller checks nor credit cards). Please be sure to have with you the necessary funds in cash before your arrive at the apartment. The keys will not be turned over until the guest has paid the total amount in full.

Check- Ins and Check- Outs Schedule
Check- Ins are at 2 PM- Monday to Friday.
Check- Outs are at 10 AM- Monday to Friday
If you plan to check- in or check- out during a weekend, Argentinean holiday or at any time different from above, you must let us know from advance in order to make a special arrangement. Please note that there is an additional cost per any off- hours check-in or check-out of US$25.
Please, note that during December 24th and 25th, 31st and January 1st, this cost will be of US$45.

Security Deposit
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. A security deposit will be required to the guests.
The security deposit will be returned at the moment of the check- out, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. If anything is broken and the security deposit doesn’t cover its cost, guest agrees to cover the remaining balance due.

Cancellations
Any cancellations or modifications in the scheduled stay with more than 15 days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 20% of the rent. Any cancellations made with 8- 14 days notice will be charged 50% of the rent. Any cancellations made less than 7 days notice before your arrival date will have their entire deposit forfeited. Brilliant BA will not be held responsible for cancellations or modifications of the dates for any reason.

Disclaimer
All landlords have the right to decide not to allow tenants into their properties. In the event that this occurs, we will make alternative arrangements for you. The use of the property by more than the number of allowed persons will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and Brilliant BA will charge an additional fee or penalty depending on the situation.
